Why do you only offer the 16 x 20 size?
In order to guarantee our quick turnaround time, we only offer the one size for all Beloved Art prints. This allows us to steamline the production process and ensures consistent quality.

What kind of paper is the portrait printed on?
All portraits and reprints are printed on Epson professional Enhanced Matte art paper. This is a heavy (10 mil) archival quality paper engineered to be compatible with Epson pigment based inks for long-lasting color fidelity and image quality.

Can I preview the portrait before final printing?
We would be happy to have you preview the rendering before final printing but this can cause delays in our turnaround time. If turnaround time is not an issue in your situation, feel free to request a proof in the “Comments” box during the ordering process.

What kind of photos can be used?
Any quality photo that you took and have authorization to send to us. If you upload a professionally taken photograph, you MUST obtain permission or a release from the rights holder in order for us to proceed with the rendering. When you upload an image to Beloved Art you are accepting responsibility and stating that you have complied with any copyright laws protecting the image you have uploaded.

What if someone else wants a reprint of the art?
All Beloved Art renderings have an order reference number on the back. When ordering reprints (framed or unframed), the customer simply enters the reference number during the ordering process and we will reprint the image from the original order. Each reprint is printed from the same master file and with the same quality materials as the original order.

Do you print any text on the Memorial Folders?
We do not. It is our experience that the text for a funeral or memorial program often changes as the service gets closer. For this reason the folders are shipped blank (except for the cover portrait) so the family or officiator can print or copy the final text onto the blank Memorial Folder stock.

Why don’t you fold the Memorial Folders?
We ship the Memorial Folders as flat stock so they will feed easily through desktop printers and copy machines. The folding is very simple and easily done once the final text has been printed on the folder.

ORDERING

How do I place an order?
Simply go to the “Place Order” link and you will be guided through a simple step by step process. Just make sure your digital photo image is ready for upload before beginning the ordering process. For “Beloved Art Partners” the process is even easier as they can avoid the checkout procedure by receiving a traditional statement at the end of each billing cycle.

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order safely and securely through PayPal’s convenient checkout procedure. You may use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or your PayPal account to pay for your purchase. “Beloved Art Partners” are pre-qualified for credit approval and will receive an itemized statement monthly.

How will I know you received my photo?
You will receive friendly confirmation notices during nearly every step of the ordering process. In addition, once your automated order comes to our studio, one of our friendly staff will contact you via e-mail or telephone to let you know that we are working on your order and when you can expect to take delivery of your framed portrait and FREE Memorial Folders.

Is my personal/payment information secure?
Definately. We respect your privacy . Your payment and personal information is never sold or distribued.

What if I only have a regular photograph and no scanner?
We can work with traditional prints but our turn-around time begins only AFTER we receive the actual photograph through the mail or courier service. When sending photos to Beloved Art, make sure to use an appropriate photo mailer or similar packaging to protect your valuable pictures.

Are there any hidden costs or added charges?
No. The prices you see are the prices you pay. All packaging and shipping fees are included for UPS Second Day Air delivery of each and every shipment inside the state of Oregon. There will be additional shipping charges for deliveries headed outside our great state and for orders that need to be shipped Next Day Air. Please contact us if either of these situations apply for your order.

Do you offer any discounts or wholesale rates?
We do have discounted rates for qualified funeral professionals who have pre-qualifed to become Beloved Art Partners. Pre-qualifying is easy! Just go to the “Become A Partner” link and fill out the PDF application form.

What if I change my mind about something on my order?
Call or Email us right away if you need to change or cancel your order and we will do our best to take care of your request ASAP.

Can I check the status of my order?
You can contact us at any time to check on the status of your order. Additionally, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number via email.

SHIPPING AND TURNAROUND

What does “72 Business Hours” mean?
This simply means 3 business days. Although we are willing to work around the clock when a special situation warrants it, we are restricted by UPS shipping limitations.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We can only ship to physical addresses where someone is there to take delivery.

Will I be able to “track” my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will be mailed a UPS tracking number.

Can my order arrive any sooner?
Since we currently work exclusively with Oregon customers we find that most orders arrive well within our guaranteed delivery time. We can ship your order for overnight delivery for an added fee. For some Southern Oregon customers we also offer personal delivery of your completed orders.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?
If you are local to Medford, Oregon you can feel free to pick up your order personally and we will refund or discount the shipping fees for your order.

What if my portrait is damaged in shipping?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation in a timely manner at no cost to you.
